Applied Leadership Skills For Managers

This New Zealand leadership development course will transform you as a leader and a manager.

To participate in this 4 session leadership development course, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have completed the preparation required prior to attending Workshop #1
  • Be prepared to commit to attend the 4, full day sessions
  • Agree to complete all assignments
  • Be willing to work with a coach for 4 one-on-one sessions

Tuition is $2,800 plus GST and includes:

  • 4 facilitated workshops
  • Meals during workshop sessions
  • Workbook and hand out materials
  • 4 one-on-one coaching sessions

Course Objectives

This leadership development course is targeted for individuals who lead teams. The one-on-one coaching is an integral part of the training designed to fulfill the objectives of the programme. Coaching combined with training is 70% more effective than training alone (Fortune 500).

In completing this course, managers will:

  • Have initiated a culture shift in their team
  • Be experiencing themselves as a more effective leader
  • Be having more powerful conversations with direct reports and others around them
  • Be having empowering coaching conversations
  • Be more self-aware of the impact of their communication
  • Know what it takes to transform a team

This is an intense course and due to the amount of practice, discussion and coaching during the workshop sessions, this course is capped at 10 participants.
